Armand Van Rensburg Sculptor offers a range of handcrafted sculptures, including custom wildlife sculptures and human figure pieces. These sculptures are created using various techniques and materials, including bronze and GRP resin.
 

2. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive confirmation of your order and estimated delivery time frame via email.
 

3. Export Restriction

Our services are available to both South African and international clients. International clients may be responsible for import duties and taxes upon receiving their artwork.
 

4. Return and Refunds policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. However, due to the nature of custom-made artwork, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. In cases of unforeseen circumstances or damage during shipping, please contact us immediately to discuss a solution.
 

5. Customer Privacy Policy

Armand Van Rensburg Sculptor takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).  
 

6. Payment Options Accepted

Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express) or bank transfer. A secure payment link will be provided for your convenience.
 

7. Card Acquiring And Security

Card transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway that uses industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your card details. We do not store your card information on our website.
 

8. Customer Details Separate From Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Armand Van Rensburg Sculptor separately from card details, which are entered on the secure payment gateway site.
 

9. Merchant Outlet Country And Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).  
 

10. Responsibility

Armand Van Rensburg Sculptor takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of artwork, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of artwork.
 

11. Variation

Armand Van Rensburg Sculptor may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
